Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

6 cups Boston lettuce
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup green or red grape halved
1 apple peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 stalk celery chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
6 sprigs watercress separated
1/4 cup

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for the lettuce. Lay lettuce out on a large plate. Put chicken salad on top.
