Frisee with Figs, Pear, and Crispy Bacon

Ingredients

6 cups frisee lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
6 dried figs cut into small pieces
1 ripe pear cut into small pieces
1/4 cup (about 2 ounces) crispy fried organic nitrite-free bacon (regular or turkey bacon, or thick bacon, or pancetta, or lardon) crumbled or diced
1/4 cup Shallot Dressing or to taste

Directions:

Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble or dice. Combine frisee lettuce, figs, and pear on a large plate. Sprinkle bacon on top, drizzle with dressing, and toss gently.
