Greek Salad


Serves: 2

Ingredients

5 cups Romaine lettuce cut into 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cucumber peeled, halved, and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 ripe tomato sliced into wedges
1/4 red onion cut into thin rounds
8 kalamata olives
4 stuffed grape leaves (optional)
oregano
to taste

Directions:

Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, and grape leaves in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle outer perimeter of salad with dressing. Toss gently. Taste and adjust dressing as necessary.
