Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms

Directions:

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add flour, stirring with wire whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened. Stir in bouillon and mushrooms.
