2 (15-ounce) cans salmon, drained, boned and flaked
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
Fresh parsley or dill, optional
Toasted bread rounds or crackers
In a mixing bowl, combine first eight ingredients; mix well. Spread on a serving platter and shape into a loaf or ball. Top with sour cream. Chill. Garnish with dill or parsley if desired. Serve with bread rounds or crackers.
