Yield: 1-1/2 cups dry mix

4 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet baking chocolate, grated
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash salt
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. To use, add 2 tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup hot milk.
