Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl until it resembles oatmeal. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. When the Pastry Crunch is cool, transfer it to an airtight container and place in the freezer for up to 4 months.
