Yam Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

1 large baked yam or sweet potateo, peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup dairy or dairy free milk or yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple sytrup (optional)
1/2 cup ice (optional)

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together well, and serve garnished with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Add a pinch of pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves).
Substitute soft silken tofu for the milk or yogurt.
