Midnight Snack Smoothie

Ingredients

1 (12 1/2-ounce) package soft silken tofu
2/3 cup fresh fruit
2/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate (or orange juice)
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon wheat germ

Directions:

Blend the ingredients well and sip slowly. Relax. Think sleepy thoughts.

VARIATIONS
You just might add 1?2 cup strong chamomile tea. The flavor is a nice complement to the fruit, and chamomile has long been valued for its ability to help the body relax.
