Cantaloupe-Melon Cooler


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 cup frozen cantaloupe
1 cup frozen watermelon
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup dairy or dairy free milk

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together well until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute honeydew or other melon for the cantaloupe or the watermelon.
Substitute apple juice for the milk.
Add a tablespoon of fresh mint to the blender.
