Key Lime Whip

Ingredients

1 (12 1/2-ounce) package soft silken tofu
1 1/4 cups dairy or dairy freeh milk (or fresh coconut milk)
6 tablespoons lime juice
6 tablespoons dehydrated sugar cane juice ganules
dash vanilla extract

Directions:

Whip all ingredients together well in a blender, and serve in a tall, frosted glass. Garnish with a lime twist and a sprig of fresh mint.
