Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup condensed
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1/2 cup long grain converted white rice uncooked
2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1 tablespoon onion soup mix

Directions:

Combine soup, mushrooms, and rice in greased 2 to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Place chicken on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low heat 4~6 hours. Makes 2-4 servings.

Serve with Caesar salad.
