Shape ground beef into 18 balls. Combine eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Dip the meatballs in batter and fry in oil until brown. Remove meatballs and keep hot. Pour all but 1 teaspoon of oil from the skillet. Add 1-1/2 cups bouillon, green pepper, and pineapple. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and cook. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
