Corn Crisped Pork Chops

Ingredients

3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 center cut or rib pork chops
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions:

Combine the cornflake crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip pork chops into evaporated milk then in crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place on aluminum foil lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 50 minutes.
