Seafood Salad: White House

Serves: 6

1 (2-pound) lobster, boiled
1 1/2 cups cooked, shelled shrimp
24 mussels, steamed
3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
6 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup cooked small green peas
French salad dressing
shredded lettuce


Remove meat from the lobster and cut into pieces. Chill lobster, shrimp, and mussels. To serve, combine seafood, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, and dressing. Toss well and serve on top of lettuce.
