Gobbler Cobbler

Ingredients

Pastry:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Filling:
2 cups chopped cooked turkeys
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sliced black olives

Directions:

Pastry:
Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening. Add milk; blend in cheese and mix lightly. Roll out on floured board, place Pastry in 9-inch pie pan and prick with a fork. Bake at 425° for 12–15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Filling:
Combine turkey, pineapple, nuts, celery, and onion and mix well. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add just enough sour cream mixture to the turkey mixture to moisten it. Pour turkey mixture into the pie shell, top with remaining sour cream mixture. Garnish with cheese and olives and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
