Baked Guava Chicken

Ingredients

12 small chicken breasts, or 5 pounds chicken parts
1 (10-ounce) jar guava jelly
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup shoyu ( soy sauce )
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Directions:

Place chicken in baking pan. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Baste frequently. Add water if necessary.
