Chicken Casserole Amandine

Ingredients

8 chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

Place chicken thighs, single layer, in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients (except almonds) and pour over meat. Cook, covered, 30 minutes at 300°. Remove cover, sprinkle slivered almonds over the top, and bake another 10 minutes, uncovered.
