Fisherman's Wharf Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons coarsely crushed black peppercorns
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon brandy
1 pound shrimp (prawns), 16 - 20 count, peeled, deveined, butterflied
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/ cup heavy whipping cream
fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

Combine crushed garlic with salt; add crushed peppercorns, lemon juice, and brandy. Mix well. Place prawns in saucepan or in heavy-duty cast-iron skillet. Add garlic mixture and olive oil. Cover and cook quickly until prawns change color. Stir in cream. Serve hot and sizzling in small bowls garnished with chopped parsley.
