Nevada Heat Chili Fries

Ingredients

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 large baking potatoes, scrubbed (about 3 pounds)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500°. In a bowl, combine chili powder, cumin powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Cut potatoes into sticks. Spray a baking sheet and place potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with spices. Bake 10 minutes, then turn over potato slices. Bake another 10 -15 minutes, until potatoes are browned and fork-tender.
