Long’s Peak Baked Beans

Ingredients

1/2 pound hamburger
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (46-54-ounce) can pork and beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black-eyed pea, drained
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:

In a skillet, brown hamburger, bacon, and onion. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients, except beans, and mix well. Mix in beans. Cover and bake at 350° for one hour. Best if left in refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours before baking.
