Potato Soup

Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled, cut in cubes
1 medium onion, diced
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups milk

Directions:

Cook potatoes and onion in hot butter until golden, about 10 minutes. Add water, salt, pepper, dill, and bouillon cube; heat over high heat till boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Mash potatoes with potato masher. Add milk; heat through.
