Strawberry Quesadillas |

Serves: 4 Print this Recipe4 flour tortillas 1 8-ounce package cream cheese 1 1/2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Combine sugar, cinnamon, and strawberries in medium size bowl. Spread cream cheese over tortillas top with strawberries mixture. Fold in half and place in a skillet, coated with nonstick cooking spray, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
