After removing leaves, rinse cauliflower, giving 1–2 shakes to remove excess water. Place on plate, cover with plastic wrap, leaving a 1-inch vent opening. For each pound the cauliflower weighs, microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes. When done, carefully remove plastic wrap and pour melted Cheez Whiz over top. Garnish as desired.
