Country Pasta with Mozzarella

Ingredients

8 ounces uncooked rigatoni
8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is browned (6–8 minutes). Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender-crisp (4–5 minutes). Add rigatoni and remaining ingredients except parsley. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted (3–5 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley.
