Oven Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons polyunsaturated oil
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 frying chicken, skin removed and cut into serving pieces

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients except for the chicken in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Place the chicken in a baking pan, pour half the sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste with the remaining sauce every 10 minutes and continue baking uncovered for 45 minutes more.
