Apricot Chicken


Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved
1 package dry leek soup mix
8 ounces Russian dressing
2 tablespoons white vinegar
12 ounces apricot jam

Directions:

Place the chicken flat in a casserole and cover with the rest of the ingredients. Cover the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
