Combine the flour, salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, marjoram and coriander. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and dredge in the flour mixture.
Add the oil to a skillet over medium high heat, add the chicken and brown well on all sides till the meat is golden. Cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes more. Garnish with the lemon slices.
