Tracy's Hamburger Rice


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 cups cooked* rice
soy sauce

Directions:

In a large frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Stir onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper into beef. Saute until onions are transparent. Stir in cooked rice. Serve in bowls. Top individual servings with desired amount of soy sauce.

*2 cups dry minute rice yields 3 cooked cups.
