Barbeque Pizza

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 small red onion, chopped
1 pre-made pizza crust
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack-Colby cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir barbeque sauce and onion into beef. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Place crust on a pizza pan. Spoon beef mixture over top. Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Bake for 10 minutes, or until done.
