Stuffed Apple Meat Loaf

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 (6-ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix
2 cups finely chopped apples
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together all ingredients. Place the meat mixture evenly in 2 loaf pans. Bake 60–65 minutes, until meat is no longer pink, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

*One pan can be frozen and baked at a later date. If frozen, thaw loaf in the refrigerator 24 hours before baking.
