Pineapple Meat Loaf

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, with liquid
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine beef, pineapple, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes and then remove from oven.

In a bowl, combine ketchup and juice. Pour sauce over top of meat loaf. Bake an additional 5–10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
