Polynesian Meat Loaf

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except crushed pineapple. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and place pineapple chunks on top. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.
