Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
2 1/2 cups milk
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup
1 Optional: 1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized process cheese spread , diced

Directions:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, simmer broccoli in broth until tender. Stir in milk and soups. Reduce heat; heat through without boiling. If desired, add cheese and stir until melted.
