Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine (burgundy is my favorite)
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:

Change the combination of spices to suit your personal taste. Often, when I make this marinade, I use only rosemary.
