Cee Dub's Grill Marinade


Serves: 10

Ingredients

3 jars marinated artichoke hearts (small)
7 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Directions:

Drain all the liquid from the artichoke hearts and transfer to a pint jar. (See the recipe for Middle Fork Choked Chicken and use the artichokes in it.) Add the other ingredients and let sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Every time you reach in the fridge for a beer shake the marinade well. Place a 3-4 pound chunk of venison back strap in a re-sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade in. Let stand for 2-3 hours before you grill.
