Begman's World Class Meat Marinade

Ingredients

2 cups red wine vinegar
2 cups soy sauce, Kikkomans
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and allow to blend (can be made in advance and stored in a jar). Enough for four pounds of meat (cubed or steaks), which should be marinated for at least one hour prior to preparation.
