Cee Dub's Pepper Steak Marinade

1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons pickled jalapeƱo peppers, finely chopped (use fresh jalapenos for additional heat)
2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic


Whip this up and marinate steaks one hour before grilling or pan-frying. Make sure you turn the steaks a couple of times while their marinating.
