Beer Batter

8 ounces beer
2 egg whites
salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning mix


With a wire whisk beat egg whites and beer. Add flour a little at a time till it looks like you’ve got runny pancake batter. I use this for fish fillets and venison finger steaks. Your batter can be seasoned to reflect what you’re cooking.
