Beef Brisket Rub

2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Apply rub to meat, ends included, and coat as thickly as possible.
