Basco's Teriyaki Marinade

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 128


1 (12-ounce) bottle soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
6 cloves garlic, minced fine
2 tablespoons finely minced fresh ginger


Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator. Marinate any red meat or chicken for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
