Green Chili Rice

Serves: 6

3 cups white rice cooked
2 cups sour cream
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese cubed
1 (4-ounce) can green chili diced, drained
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated


Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter a 1 1/2 -quart casserole. In a medium bowl combine rice, sour cream, cheese, green chilies and salt to taste mix well. Place in casserole.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
