Spanish Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (12-ounce) can beer or non-alcoholic beer
Optional: 1 7-ounce jar green olives with pimentos
cooked rice

Directions:

Sprinkle both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together tomato paste and beer; pour over chicken. Add olives with liquid to slow cooker, if using. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
