1/2 glass sparkling water or soda

1/2 cup canned green beans, corn or peas
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk

Snack
1/2 cup frozen sherbet
1 cup sparkling water or soda


DAY 2

Breakfast
Home-Style Oatmeal with Raisins, Energy-Boosting Breakfasts

Pretzels
1/2 cup apple-cranberry juice
