1 1/2-Pound Recipe
_ cup plus 1 tablespoon water
_ tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
_ 1/2 cups bread flour
_ 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
_ tablespoons dry milk powder
_ tablespoons sugar
_ teaspoon dill seeds
_ 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
_ teaspoon caraway seed
_ 1/2 teaspoons salt
_ teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Whole Wheat Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.

SUCCESS TIP: We found from our testing that the same amount of yeast is needed for both the 1 ½-pound and 2-pound loaves.
TRY THIS: We selected dill, sesame and caraway seed for this recipe, but other combinations of seed would work also. Consider anise seed, fennel seed, celery seed, coriander seed and mustard seed.
