1 1/2-Pound Recipe
_ cup plus 2 tablespoons water
_ 1/2 teaspoons salt
___ cup molasses, full flavor
_ tablespoons vegetable oil
_ cup plus 1 tablespoon rye flour
_ cup plus 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
_ 1/2 cups bread flour
_ tablespoons baking cocoa
_ 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
_ tablespoon caraway seed
_ teaspoon bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use at least 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use at least 4 cups flour.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Whole Wheat Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
