Pinch salt
2 eggs white
2/3 cup sugar
1 6-ounce package chocolate chips
1 cup nuts chopped
Heat oven to 350° F. Add salt to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form; add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until stiff. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined baking sheet. Place in oven and turn off heat. Leave overnight.
