4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts chopped

Heat oven to 350° F. Melt chocolate and butter or margarine in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Add sugar and stir until well-blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, flour, and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (do not overbake). Cool slightly; cut into 2-inch squares. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
