If you have a sweet tooth, stir in a little more honey to suit your taste


   _ cups water
   _ bags black tea
   _ cups milk
   _ tablespoons honey
   ___ teaspoon ground ginger
   ___ teaspoon ground nutmeg
   ___ teaspoon ground cinnamon


1. Heat water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 2 minutes. Remove tea bags.

2. Stir remaining ingredients into tea. Heat to boiling. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk.
