Marinated Ginger Shrimp


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root

Directions:

1. Place shrimp in glass baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2. Set oven control to broil. Drain shrimp arrange on rack in broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, until shrimp turn pink. Refrigerate shrimp at least 30 minutes until cold.
